Tender care, personalized classes, and a sanctuary-like space: that's what we offer at Sutras Yoga. Our yoga studio in Sea Ranch, in Sonoma County, welcomes students who want a practice that feels tailored to their own body.
We blend movement, breath work, and sound healing, and we always offer gentler options so every student can find their footing. Some days a class is a chance for deep reflection and restoration, and some days rest is exactly what you need, and there is never any judgment about either choice.
Our teaching focuses on the energetic side of practice as much as the physical, so you leave with a full experience. We continue to learn and refine our offerings, which means our classes keep bringing in new perspectives.
