Based in Richmond, Island Yoga Coronado provides heated Bikram-style hot yoga and heated Pilates classes for students across Richmond and Contra Costa County. Our classes are challenging in the best way, pushing you to build strength and stamina while keeping the atmosphere encouraging and positive from start to finish.
Our instructors bring a great deal of experience and knowledge to every class, and we take care to make sure each student feels welcome, capable, and comfortable, whether it's your first visit or your hundredth. Our heated studio and welcoming community make it an easy place to build a regular practice, and many students tell us it quickly becomes their home studio.
