Whether you need a steady yoga practice to ground your days or a space to explore something new, Pacific Coast Yoga offers classes shaped to where you are in your practice. Our studio in Sea Ranch, in Sonoma County, welcomes students who want to move, breathe and unwind in a setting that feels calm and open.
We offer Kundalini yoga and meditation, along with dance classes such as Bollywood and couples formats, so there is room for a range of interests under one roof. Our teachers also take classes with other instructors, which keeps our own teaching fresh and gives our community access to a wider variety of styles.
