For yoga, breathwork and sound baths in the Mission, Mission Yoga is here to help you move, breathe and unwind. Our large, bright studio in San Francisco's Mission neighborhood offers hot yoga, Pilates and transformational fitness classes for all levels, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.
Our instructors are patient, encouraging and descriptive, so every student leaves with clearer alignment and a practice that feels doable and rewarding. We keep the atmosphere warm, friendly and free of pressure, and we've built a community that welcomes neighbors from across San Francisco and the Peninsula.
Classes move at a good pace with great music, and you'll want to stay for the sound baths and breathwork sessions too. We've been serving our community as a studio for 25 years, and we'd love to welcome you to your next practice.
