Based in Berkeley, Yogalayam offers yoga and meditation classes for the East Bay community, with a strong focus on prenatal and postnatal practice. Our prenatal classes are designed to help expectant parents open up, ease into their practice, and prepare for birth, with all equipment and supports provided.
For new parents, our postnatal baby-and-me class brings caregivers and babies together for gentle movement, baby massage and singing, followed by restorative yoga designed to support recovery after birth. Our space is large and full of light, and our classes are led with deep knowledge and care, so every participant feels supported.
Many families come back week after week to build community and healing together.
