Based in Berkeley, Adeline Yoga offers Iyengar yoga classes for beginners, advanced practitioners and seniors across the East Bay. Our teachers are attentive and clear, paying close attention to newcomers and anyone who needs extra guidance with their poses.
We keep our instruction directive, so you can count on being taught properly and having your questions welcomed. Our classes are varied and suitable for everyone, and we provide plenty of props to support every practice.
