At The Green Yogi MLK, we help Berkeley and the East Bay find calm, strength and balance through a wide range of yoga and meditation classes. Our studio is bright and peaceful, and we welcome students of every level, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
Our gentle, Yin and vinyasa classes are taught by knowledgeable and compassionate instructors who explain each movement and adapt poses to your body. Many students tell us they feel at ease here right away, and our warm community makes it easy to try something new.
We lend mats and props, so you can come as you are, and graduate students in particular will appreciate our student discount.
