Yoga On Center brings light, thoughtfully sequenced yoga classes to Healdsburg and the surrounding Sonoma County community. Our instructors, including the studio's owners, teach classes that feel both challenging and smooth, with cues that help each student find their footing.
Our Vinyasa flow classes are built with careful sequencing, so every session feels intentional and well balanced. We are proud of the warm, uplifting energy in our studio, which makes it easy to arrive after a busy day and leave feeling refreshed.
Our space is a charming, historic one-room schoolhouse, set just outside the main part of town, and we love sharing it with our practitioners. Classes are priced at $15 for a 1.5-hour session, so a steady practice is within reach for local students.
