At Yoga Kula, we help East Bay residents build strength, flexibility and calm through yoga classes that suit every level. Our studio in Berkeley offers Iyengar, restorative and Ashtanga yoga, along with acupuncture and spa services for those who want to take their care a step further.
Students tell us they value our authentic, inclusive atmosphere, where the community feels welcoming from the first class to the last. Our teachers bring a varied mix of classes, from energetic vinyasa flows to slow, mindful meditative practice, and many of our students leave feeling energized and balanced.
