About
Looking for kids yoga classes in Berkeley? Yama Kids Yoga offers playful, family-friendly yoga for children and the grown-ups who bring them.
Our toddler classes move at a gentle pace with plenty of music, and our kids leave with both physical movement and calm, mindful habits they practice at home. Our bright, airy studio is filled with natural sunlight and an open layout, and we provide yoga mats so families don't have to carry extra gear.
We also host kids' birthday parties, with a class that's fun, educational and relaxing for children and their guests, along with help with planning before and during the event. Our approach is warm and inviting, and we're proud that families across Berkeley and the East Bay keep coming back season after season.
