At Wowlvenn Seward-Katzmiller, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, LMFT, we help people across Sebastopol and Sonoma County work through stress, trauma and life transitions with a calm, body-aware approach. We are a licensed marriage and family therapist trained in Somatic Experiencing, so our sessions pay attention to how sensation and physical responses carry the effects of difficult experiences.
