Calm care, deep attention, and real progress: that's what we offer at Liminal Medicine - A Medical Center. We are a women-owned, LGBTQ+ owned medical and mental health clinic in Sebastopol, serving people across Sonoma County and the North Bay.
Our team includes a medical director, therapists, and nursing staff who take the time to understand each person's needs before shaping a plan. We offer ketamine-assisted therapy alongside medication management and cognitive therapy, with doses adjusted carefully over time.
Many of the people we work with come to us after years of talk therapy or medication that didn't bring enough relief, and they find a steadier path here. Our space is calm and beautifully furnished, and we are proud to be a trans-inclusive safe space where everyone is welcomed as they are.
