At Dr. Jenny Holland, Psy. D., we help individuals, couples, families and teens across Sebastopol and Sonoma County find clarity and healing during difficult periods in their lives. We offer psychotherapy for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and relationship challenges, and we also support parents navigating their child's emotional growth.
Our work is grounded in warmth, sensitivity and a genuine interest in understanding each person's story, so clients often feel comfortable sharing their struggles from the very first session. We bring both years of expertise and an intuitive, fair approach, looking closely at the issues at hand and helping clients build the communication skills, self-knowledge and confidence to face daily challenges.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, and we welcome clients who are seeking support for gender transition as well as those who simply want a thoughtful, caring therapist.
