wellness with janet

At wellness with janet, we help people across Rohnert Park and Sonoma County build strength, flexibility and better posture through Pilates. Our studio focuses on mindful movement that meets each client where they are, whether you are returning to exercise or looking to refine your practice.

We offer Pilates classes designed to support everyday wellness and long-term body awareness. Our approach is personal and encouraging, with attention given to alignment and how each movement feels in your body.

We welcome residents from Rohnert Park and the surrounding Sonoma County communities who want a steady, supportive place to move.
