Based in Rohnert Park, Culture Fitness offers coach-led strength training, group classes and personal training for adults across Sonoma County. Our gym is built for people at every stage, including those new to lifting or returning to exercise after time away.
Our coaches are knowledgeable and patient, teaching proper form and pushing you to do your best in a positive way. We offer workouts at a variety of times throughout the day, so it's easy to build fitness into a busy schedule.
Our members are a big part of what we do, and many find lasting friendships and daily encouragement here. Our equipment is clean, well maintained and regularly updated.
