About
At Way Show Er Sanctuary, we help East Bay residents find balance, strength and calm through yoga, pilates and meditation in a peaceful space in El Sobrante. We offer classes for all levels, from hot yoga and Pilates fusion to our popular puppy yoga sessions.
Our instructors are patient and attentive, and they make beginners feel supported while they learn proper form, stance and balance. We keep our studio clean and thoughtful, with yoga mats and blocks on hand and cubbies for your belongings.
Neighbors across El Sobrante and Contra Costa County have made us a regular stop for their practice, and we're glad to be a local studio close to home.
Book through Arketa to reserve your spot, or visit our website to learn more.
