About
At United Studios of Self Defense, Foster City, we help families and adults across Foster City and the Peninsula build real self-defense skills, confidence and fitness through karate, kung fu and martial arts training. We welcome young children as well as adults, and our instructors are skilled, kind, warm and patient, teaching discipline, self-control and sincerity alongside technique.
Our adult classes are a great way for friends and partners to train together, with a focus on proper technique, meaningful force and cardio workouts that build speed and strength. Students progress through belt ranks at their own pace, and our instructors pay close attention to each person's development.
We're flexible with schedules, including rescheduling private lessons when life gets busy.
