At Studio Pilates International Foster City, we help Foster City and the Peninsula build strength, better posture and a stronger, more confident body through guided Pilates classes. Our on-screen demonstrations let our instructors move around the room, correcting your form and giving you feedback that makes each movement work the right muscles.
