About
Pilates Soleil Studio brings bright, small-group Pilates classes to Foster City and the Peninsula. Our studio focuses on classical and reformer Pilates, with a strong emphasis on proper form, posture, strength and flexibility.
Classes are kept small, so every member receives personalized attention, which makes our studio especially welcoming for beginners. Our instructors are knowledgeable and attentive, and they make sure everyone feels comfortable while still being challenged.
Our clean, calming space overlooks the Foster City lagoon, offering a peaceful setting to leave each class feeling stronger and refreshed.
