Brentwood and East Bay families turn to Twin Tigers Academy of Self Defense for martial arts and self defense training that builds focus, confidence and discipline in kids and adults alike. Our karate and kung fu classes are engaging and fun, and students often look forward to attending several times a week as they practice and improve.
Our instructors are patient and encouraging, and they take a personal interest in helping each student grow both on the mat and beyond it.
