Our instructors build strength, endurance, confidence, respect and responsibility in every class, and we keep the energy high with fun, well-run sessions. Families across Brentwood and Contra Costa County tell us they value our welcoming, community-focused atmosphere, where parents and kids train side by side in family kickboxing and parent-and-me classes.
We also organize monthly activities and competition tournaments, so there is always something to look forward to beyond the regular workout. Our coaches are attentive and invested in each student's growth, both on the mat and as individuals.
