The Ultimate Peaceful Place Yoga Fitness Studio is a yoga studio in American Canyon focused on mindful movement for every level. Our classes span yoga, cycle, strength, restore and Pilates, with morning sessions from 6:15 and late-afternoon and evening options.
Every two months we host wellness events such as sound baths and breathwork sessions. Our studio is clean, calm and welcoming, and we keep free water, towels and snacks on hand, plus mats for anyone who forgets theirs.
Our owner Tiffany teaches with genuine care for each student's well-being, offering challenging classes that still feel safe and supportive. We serve students across American Canyon and the wider Napa County area, with something for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
