The Talking Body is a life coaching practice in Berkeley that helps clients reconnect with themselves through movement, art and conversation. We bring together dance, collage, journaling and guided conversation, and you don't need any experience in these areas to take part.
Our sessions are gentle and flexible, with each activity introduced at a pace that feels comfortable so you can simply enjoy the process. Many clients leave feeling calm and energized, with a clearer sense of what they want to focus on next.
