Dance Alchemy and Transformational Coaching with Farshid Farrahi, MD

Gentle guidance, deep insight, and a steady, caring presence: that's what we offer at Dance Alchemy and Transformational Coaching with Farshid Farrahi, MD. We're a Berkeley practice serving clients across Alameda County and the East Bay who are ready to look more closely at what's been holding them back.

Our work is rooted in embodiment, using movement, ritual, and guided sessions to help people reconnect with what they feel and know. We create a ceremonial container that lets clients reach deeper layers of their experience and gain fresh clarity on the patterns they've felt stuck in.

Each session is carefully prepared, with attention to intention and pacing that follows your nervous system. Afterward, we offer simple practices to take home so the work continues long after the session ends.

Our background as a physician adds a grounded sense of safety, which many clients tell us lets them open up with confidence.

If you're curious about how embodiment coaching could support you, we invite you to reach out and start the conversation.
