At Bari Better, Inc., we help Berkeley and the wider East Bay navigate the confusion that comes with weight loss surgery, bringing clear guidance and steady support to every stage of the journey. We are a life coaching practice focused on bariatric coaching, supporting people before and after surgery with practical tips and a plan they can follow.

Many of the people we work with come to us feeling overwhelmed by conflicting information, so we take the time to sort through what matters and explain it in plain terms. Our coaches guide clients through pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery, so no one has to face the process alone.

We also welcome family members, because we know that a major health decision affects the whole household.
