About
The Graceful Yogi brings yoga and Pilates instruction, both in person and online, to Emeryville and the East Bay. Our classes are deep and thoughtfully paced rather than fast-moving flows, suited to students at every level of ability.
We tailor private sessions to each person's needs and body, and we keep the routine fresh by introducing new movements regularly. Our teaching is grounded in anatomy, so we focus on sound alignment and helping you access each pose in the safest, most effective way.
We aim to be supportive and informative, and we bring a warm, playful energy to every class, whether it's a group session or a one-on-one.
