About
The Energy Moves brings Pilates instruction to Rohnert Park and Sonoma County, with classes that suit both small group sessions and private training. Our instructor, Seven, has a deep understanding of how the body works and knows how to help each person reach their full potential.
Many of our clients come to us for rehabilitation, and we are proud to guide them back to strength and flexibility with care and patience. Whether you train in a larger class or one-on-one, you can expect clear, precise guidance and thoughtful corrections that help you move with confidence.
We are kind, observant teachers who take the time to make every session feel supportive and encouraging.
