About
Welcoming, community-minded, and deeply intentional yoga: that's what we offer at Tara Yoga Studio. Whether it's your first class or your thousandth, there's room for you here, with classes for all levels and props provided if you don't have your own.
Our students are kind and considerate, and the studio has a genuinely small-community feel that many people tell us they feel the moment they walk in. Each of our teachers brings a distinct style, music, and energy to the mat, and our classes go beyond the physical practice to include breathwork, sound baths, and special events.
Our owner, Marisa, is committed to helping every student get what they came for, whether that's a precise, challenging flow or a gentler, grounding practice. We're proud to serve yoga practitioners across Novato and Marin County, and we invite you to come see for yourself.
