At Tapestry Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training, we help adults across Foster City and San Mateo County build strength, flexibility and better posture through yoga, Pilates and one-on-one personal training. Our group classes blend challenge and encouragement, and we vary the exercises from session to session so every class stays fresh and engaging.
Our trainers pay close attention to each person's form and offer thoughtful modifications, so you can move with confidence at your own pace. Many of our clients come to us for back and knee relief, and they often notice improved posture and easier movement after adding personal training to their weekly classes.
