About
Sonoma County Martial Arts Center brings karate, kickboxing and self-defense training to Rohnert Park and families across Sonoma County. Our instructors are kind, knowledgeable and patient, and they adjust their teaching to each student's needs, whether you are a child taking private lessons or an adult starting from scratch.
Our karate and kickboxing classes give you a strong workout while building real self-defense skills, and they are suited to all ages and experience levels. Many of our students tell us their confidence and self-esteem grow as much as their balance, coordination and fitness.
Our self-defense courses are especially empowering for women, and our students often describe the studio as a welcoming second home where lasting friendships form.
