About
Looking for Pilates in Rohnert Park? Somatics with Seven offers studio Pilates sessions designed to ease tightness and help the body move with more comfort.
Our work is built around the reformer and other Pilates equipment, with guidance on how to use each piece so that every session targets what your body needs. Many of our clients come in carrying tension from long days on their feet or physically demanding work, and we focus on releasing that tightness through the back, hips and hamstrings.
We take the time to show you how to get the most from each movement, so you leave feeling more at ease and better prepared for the rest of your day. Whether you're returning to movement after a stretch of stiffness or simply want a more balanced routine, we'd love to help you feel like yourself again.
