Whether you need a gentle start, a stronger workout, or a calm place to slow down, Soma Yoga & Wellness offers yoga classes tailored to you. Our studio in El Cerrito welcomes students from across the East Bay, and our teachers are known for being warm and inviting from the moment you walk in.
We offer a range of classes, including Foundational Flow for building strength and mobility at a comfortable pace and Yin for deeper, quieter stretching. Our instructors balance challenge with care, encouraging you to push at your own level and honor your body so you can keep practicing safely.
Many students tell us the pace, breathwork and flow feel just right, whether they are new to yoga or returning to it. We also host special events throughout the year for our community.
