About
Based in Guerneville, Sol Rio Studio offers yoga classes for practitioners across Guerneville and the Sonoma Coast. Our classes, including gentle Yin yoga, are led with care and skill, and they leave every student feeling both relaxed and invigorated.
We take the time to get to know each person who walks through our doors and treat our students like family. Our practice supports the body, mind and spirit, and it is open to all levels, so whether you are just starting out or have years on the mat, you will find a welcoming place here.
Set in the beauty of west Sonoma County, our studio is a place where many students have discovered their love for yoga and found a sense of peace.
