About
Looking for yoga, meditation and Japanese martial arts in Albany? Sennin Foundation Center for Japanese Cultural Arts offers classes that bring body and mind training together in one place.
Our approach is holistic, so every session trains the mind as much as the body, whether you are an experienced practitioner or are just starting out. We teach yoga, meditation and jujitsu, and we explain each movement clearly so that students can understand the practice rather than simply copy it.
Our instruction is patient and thoughtful, and we work with people at every level, from complete beginners to seasoned martial artists. We welcome students from Albany and across the East Bay who are ready to explore Japanese cultural arts in a focused, supportive setting.
