About
Looking for hot yoga and Pilates in Rio Vista? Rio Hot Yoga offers infrared heated and non-heated classes for every level, from first-timers to experienced practitioners.
Our instructors are kind and supportive, and they will always modify poses so each session works for your body and goals. Our infrared heat creates a comfortable setting for both hot yoga and Pilates, and our full-body strength classes like Pure Build and Inferno Hot Pilates are popular with members.
We are proud of our welcoming studio, which stays clean and well-maintained and has a calming, uplifting feel from the moment you walk in. Many of our members are dog lovers, and our gentle studio canine is always happy to say hello.
Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, we invite you to visit our website to book a class and try us out.
