About
At Practice, we help East Bay seekers find their people through yoga, movement and community in Berkeley. We offer yoga classes in a beautiful, relaxing space that also welcomes co-working and socializing.
Our studio is a community hub built around movement, communication and spirituality, with events that bring people together. Many of our members come to us looking for connection as much as practice, and we're glad to be a place where both can happen.
Our founders take pride in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Visit us to take a class, get some work done or simply find your people in a place made for connection.
