OroMyoFlo is a health counselor practice in Albany focused on myofunctional therapy for adults and children across Alameda County and the East Bay. Our work centers on the way the tongue, lips, jaw and facial muscles function, and how those patterns affect breathing, swallowing, speech and oral development.
We take time to explain what is happening in your mouth in clear, approachable terms, so you understand the reasons behind each step of your care. Our sessions are patient and unhurried, and we welcome every question you bring, whether you are seeking support for yourself or for your child.
We are especially attentive to people who have complex medical histories or are planning orthodontic care and want a knowledgeable guide alongside them. We create a warm, nonjudgmental space where every client, including transgender and LGBTQ+ clients, feels respected and understood.
