At RhythmLife Psychotherapy, we help adults in Albany and across Alameda County work through trauma, grief, relationship difficulties and life transitions with therapy that feels grounded and personal. We offer EMDR and somatically focused approaches, along with EFT for family relationships, postpartum adjustment, parenting and complicated life situations.
