About
Nestled in Sebastopol, Nature Based Counseling offers psychotherapy and counseling for individuals and families across Sonoma County. We are a women-owned practice, and we welcome everyone, with a particular commitment to LGBTQ+ clients and a space that is a safe place for transgender people.
Our work draws on the healing connection between people and the natural world, helping you explore what you're carrying in a grounded, supportive setting. We bring a psychologist's and therapist's training to each session, so you can work on anxiety, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that weigh on you.
Whether you are seeking support for the first time or returning to therapy, we aim to make the process feel steady, respectful, and unhurried.
Appointments are recommended, so reach out by phone or stop by to schedule a time that fits your week.
