About
For yoga and movement in Vallejo, Mare Island Wellness Center is here to help you feel steadier, looser and more at ease in your body. We offer chair yoga and restorative yoga, with classes that are gentle but still effective, especially suited to older bodies and to anyone who wants a slower, more mindful practice.
Our instructor adjusts each exercise to fit the individual student, so every session meets you where you are. Many of our students have been coming for years, and we are proud of the welcoming, supportive group that gathers in our classes each week.
Students across Vallejo and Solano County tell us they leave feeling refreshed and more in tune with their bodies.
