About
Confidence, practical skills, and empowerment: that's what we offer at Hit With Power. We're a self defense school in Alamo, serving families across Alamo and the surrounding Contra Costa County communities.
Our classes are built to teach real, usable skills in a clear and engaging way, from kids just starting out to young women heading off to college or into their first jobs. Our instructors have a gift for making difficult material relatable, and students leave feeling more aware and ready to protect themselves.
Each session is hands-on and active, with plenty of safe practice so everything sticks.
If you're looking to give yourself or someone you love the tools to stay safe, book through our website or give us a call to find the right class for you.
