At Heart In Mind, we help individuals across Albany and the East Bay find support for their emotional wellbeing in a warm, welcoming setting. We offer psychotherapy for adults and others seeking a space to talk through life's challenges, build coping skills and move toward greater peace of mind.
Our practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space, so every person who walks through our doors can feel seen, respected and understood. We work collaboratively with each client, taking the time to listen closely and tailor our approach to what matters most to them.
Sessions are by appointment, and we're glad to answer questions before you begin.
