About
Hatha Garden Yoga is a yoga and meditation studio in Crockett, Contra Costa County, focused on hatha yoga that builds strength and flexibility while calming the mind, body and spirit. Our classes welcome every level, and we adapt each pose so that beginners and experienced practitioners alike feel comfortable and supported.
We bring a warm, playful and compassionate approach to every session, paying close attention to each student's needs, including those managing past injuries. Many of our students come from across Crockett and the wider East Bay, and they tell us they leave feeling refreshed and more in touch with their health and well-being.
