About
For Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self defense and martial arts training in Rohnert Park, Gracie Barra Rohnert Park Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is here to help. We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced grapplers, and our instructors take the time to explain each technique and give individual guidance so every student can improve.
Our academy has a clean, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere, with a strong and supportive community that feels safe for training. We teach a range of ages, from young children starting as early as age three to adults who are picking up the art later in life.
Our several professors and coaches each bring their own teaching style, so students get to learn from a variety of perspectives. We are proud to serve Rohnert Park and families across Sonoma County, and we are especially welcoming to military members.
If you're on the fence about starting, stop by for a trial class and see what our training community is all about.
