About
Whether you're a kid taking first steps in martial arts or an adult looking for a challenge, Fremont Shotokan Karate offers Shotokan karate classes tailored to you. Under the guidance of Sensei Laura Lorenz, Senpai Talila Golan and Senpai Carl Menache, we teach students of all ages with patience, passion and a focus on building character alongside technique.
Our instructors bring experience across multiple martial arts styles, which keeps our classes engaging and fun for both children and adults. Parents are welcome to train alongside their children, so families can start their karate journey together.
Our training space is large and open, giving students room to practice and grow. We're proud to serve families across Fremont and the East Bay who want a dojo focused on both skill and self-improvement.
