About
At Flying Frog Academy, we help kids in Rohnert Park and across Sonoma County burn off energy while building confidence, coordination and nimble movement through parkour, gymnastics and fitness classes. Our coaches are encouraging and friendly, keeping each child focused and on track while making every class feel fresh and fun.
Families tell us their kids look forward to coming back every week, and many have watched them grow more confident in their skills over time. We also host birthday parties with free play and a safety briefing, so our team can help a wide range of ages enjoy the gym together.
Our recently updated space is open and inviting, and we're glad to answer any questions by phone or in person.
Book through Mindbody to find a class or party time that fits your family.
