Our instruction goes well beyond kicks and punches, because we teach a philosophy of discipline and respect that carries into everyday life.
Our school has been serving families across Fremont and the Alameda County area since 1991, and we are proud of the many students who have trained with us over the years. We offer karate and Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu, along with kickboxing and yoga, so there is a path for beginners and experienced students alike.
Our training is welcoming to all ages, and we are happy to offer a free trial of three sessions for first-time visitors.
