Elite Performance Gym is a gym in Fremont, Alameda County, focused on real results through coaching, strength work and group classes. We build every session around proper form, with coaches who pay close attention to each member and adjust workouts to fit your level while still pushing you to improve.
Our classes are fun, challenging and varied, with a range of class times to fit busy schedules across Fremont and the surrounding East Bay. Beyond the workouts, we offer InBody scans to track your progress, along with nutrition guidance from our co-owner.
