Strength, conditioning, and a welcoming community: that's what we offer at CrossFit Jigsaw (Jigsaw Athletics), a CrossFit gym serving Fremont and the wider Alameda County area. Our coaches are known for pushing members to challenge themselves while keeping every class well structured and efficiently run.
We offer group classes and personal training, with coaches who take time to understand each person's goals and explain the movements, target muscle groups, and proper scaling. Members appreciate the balance of cardio and weightlifting in a large, clean, well-maintained facility.
