About
At Alliance Jiu Jitsu Brentwood, we help families and adults across Brentwood and the East Bay build strength, confidence and discipline through jiu-jitsu. Our classes follow a clear structure: a warm-up, step-by-step technique breakdowns from our coaches, drilling, and then live rolling.
We teach students of all ages, from children to adults, and our instructors are known for being patient, detailed and professional in explaining every movement. Kids leave class gaining useful body skills, and parents appreciate the friendly, low-pressure atmosphere where competition never overshadows learning.
Our class sizes stay manageable, our communication with families is clear, and we keep improving the experience for both students and parents.
Whether you're looking for a first step into martial arts or a place to train seriously, we invite you to call or stop by and see what we're about.
